ISM is a program where students are given the opportunity to study under a mentor for a year. Within a year, the ISM student conducts various informational interviews, research assessments and two semester long projects concerning their field of study. Mentor visits allow the student hands on experience that they could not have gained in a traditional classroom setting. The purpose of this program is to allow students to make connections and pursue their future career.
